Panasonic Toughbook Tablet Buttons

Hi all,

Hopefully I am posting in the right section.

I have a Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 (mk6) with Windows 10 Pro. When I put it into tablet mode it has an OSK with seems to work fine with things like Edge, Log in Screen etc, but when i try to use it on Google Chrome it does not open the keyboard when trying to enter a URL or search. Does anyone know how I go about fixing this? I tried to Google it yesterday but didn't come up with anything useful

when I press the tablet keyboard button (while on chrome) nothing happens, if i press Ctrl + Windows + O its opens a different OSK but that's no good if I'm already in tablet mode.
