Password manager recommendation for end users?

Depends on what features they need. If you want the ability to sync across all devices you are looking at Lastpass, Dashlane, or Bitwarden. I've used all three in that order. Of the three I think Bitwarden is the most secure because it is open source but it is the most cumbersome to use. Dashlane is probably the easiest for end users to use. Lastpass is the big dog in the room but I found their support lacking which is why I moved to Dashlane. I moved to Bitwarden mostly because of cost.

As an aside, you can do this with Password Safe, which is open source and has been around "since dirt," too. It supports keeping the actual encrypted safe on any one of several of the cloud storage services of your choice, and has a PC version with Android and iOS ports. I can't remember if there's a MacOS port or not.

I'm constantly accessing my password safe from my PC and my Android device, as circumstances warrant, and the safe itself resides on Google Drive.

Any issues with Last Pass?
I'm assuming the business version requires the add on for M365?
The business version adds tools for business use like Single Sign On and an administrator dashboard to control passwords for employees. It’s really expensive unless you have a large user base.

Bitwarden for myself...and when people ask.
For our clients on MSP plans, we give them access to HUDU, which we use ourselves to manage our clients passwords, documentation, etc.

I also did like Dashlane when trying out quite a few.

I sell Lastpass personally but it really depends on what they need. My first choice is always Lastpass, but you an look at Bitwarden as well. They are pretty good.

I have been using LastPass for years. I am now selling it to clients. Margins are pretty good for passive income.
