PCI Simple Communications Controller Driver Needed

Win 10 x64 fresh install, Gigabyte B460M DS3H AC-Y1 (U3E1). Been working this one for several days and I'm unable to locate the correct driver. Help?

I did - it identifies it as missing/not installed, but cannot find it in the driverpacks.

I'm double checking now to make sure I didn't overlook any, but I believe I installed them from Gigabyte's site.
