It is hard to tell in that PIC but it looks like standard ATX to me. The orange wires appear more red in that pic but that could be just a photo effect. Or it might not be the same pin out.

Take for example the green wire (PS_ON #16) in the PSU pics are next to red wire (5V), on standard ATX and the adapters black (ground) is next to green?
