I need some help with a firewall issue in FreePBX 15.0.37.4. I also want to backup and upgrade the system to FreePBX 16. Then I have a mailbox setup that is a "press 0 to reach a technician". If they don't pickup, it says, "leaving a message at Ext 32". It confuses some of my customers. Does anyone have a contact that is not Sangoma (super expensive support) and knows FreePBX inside and out that I can contact?
