Several times it was suggested to check logs; To make is much easyer, there is a program called Who Crashed, that you can install. However you have to make sure windows is saving the logs.

There is the event viewer but its much better to use Who Crashed because it will attempt to find the issue or driver that's the problem, and offer some suggestions...

Also, as suggested, pull the mem chips, and put just one back in the slot closest to the CPU and run it that way for a while, then try the other chip.
