Recommendations for spam mail handling

What are your recommendations for spam mail and residential users? I know it can be a real issue but just wondered what techs try to drive their client to use?

Same here: Cloudmark seems the best and easiest to use and free to boot.

I would like some recommendations for business clients. Of special interest would be outbound filtering for those with their own Exchange server.

I've used SpamSieve for years, it's good, but maybe Mac only(?).

I've been using Mailwasher for many years.

For business clients, I used Barracuda Spam Filter. They offer different size of appliance depending on number of mailbox.
