I have purchased refurbs from two major resellers within the last month and they came in damaged. To be clear, the boxes were fine so the damage was there before shipping or poor assemble coming loose in shipping. I've recently signed up with IngramMicro and have looked at their refurbs. Has anyone used them? They have a CPO program (certified pre-owned) and a 1-year replacement warranty (on most units).
