@Nige your post seems to suggest that refurb licences include downgrade rights but from other resources ive read they dont. Are you able to clarify?

@freedomit the above was copied from the MS refurb website last July. It is possible that Microsoft amended their policies since then. As you know with MS, anything is possible.
