I'm currently offering RMM (via GFI) at $10/mo ($13 w/AV), billed quarterly. I'm also offering a 'lite' version of it (basically cleanup/updates but no monitoring of services/etc) for $59/yr ($99 w/AV). I think I've found a pretty decent price point for these services.
Now that GFI allows for MDM, I'm spitballing to offer it as a service. It offers Message History, Mobile Data Usage, Storage Information, Installed Apps - Active, Call History, Locate Device, Remote Lock, Remote Wipe Device, Set Passcode, Clear Passcode, Device Information. The hesitation I have is in that I'm sure there may be free softwares out there that will allow customers to do some of these things for themselves (Samsung will let me do some of that through their site). Of course, the difference is that they can have someone else do it and for that person to be on call for them (24/7 for the remote wipe)
Given that most of the features would never be use (or even of use) to most residentials, I was thinking another $3/mo if they added it to the RMM plan or $39 a year by itself.
Too high? Too low?
