Hi
I hope someone can help.
I have 2 domains using Google Apps for email. I have recently added SPF records to them both.
Domains are s25computers.co.uk and crownjesus.org. (the first one is mine)
The raw SPF record reads as follows:
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
Since then I have been having troubles receiving emails from hotmail users. They get the following error message.
I am not sure how the SPF record is affecting incoming mail but that is the only thing changed on either domain recently. Both have been using Google Apps for emails for months.
Incidentally, I can send a successful email between hotmail and a Google Apps account that I have not added the SPF record to.
The error text they get is as follows:
I appreciate any help you can offer,
EDIT: Just removed the SPF records and all works fine. It is definitely odd. Perhaps I am missing something really silly.
