Hey all.

I have a customer with an EVGA 02G-P4-2645-KR GeForce GT 640 2GB graphics card. Three monitors of all the same brand/type. The GT640 has two DVI connections and one Mini-HDMI. I can get the two monitors on the DVI connections detected/working fine. But Windows or the Nvidia software is not detecting the third monitor on the mini HDMI.

I have tried using a mini-hdmi to dvi cable; as well as a mini-hdmi to hdmi adapter & hdmi to dvi cable. Non detect the third monitor.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

640 does not support 3x display

The NVidia card does not support 3 video cards until its a gtx 660 or better. You would need to use a usb video adapter for the third monitor.

Yep, supports three monitors. Even had a quick call to EVGA on Friday to confirm.. which they did. Seems I will be calling them again today...
