Upgrade to win 7 pro

I have to upgrade a win 7 home premium to pro
I was under the impression I just select anytime upgrade and enter serial
However she ordered the upgrade from Dell, I assume it will be a DVD
Would I run DVD or just enter serial into anytime upgrade

You don't get a DVD, you just get the serial number. Use the anytime upgrade, put in the serial when asked, and then it's all over in a few minutes. I always take an image of the hard drive beforehand. Murphy's Law & all that...

How does the printer work in XP mode
Does it have to be installed again in XP
I test installed everything on my laptop before I go on site but it does not show my printer in XP
Win 7 would be 64 bit XP mode 32

You have to "attach" the printer from within XP mode. Click on the USB menu at top of the XP-mode window - it's in there.
