As most of you techies probably know, when Googling for a computer problem Experts-Exchange.com dominates the results. When visiting the site you will see the original question in plain text but the answers will be grayed out and asking you to sign up.

For example:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Hardware/Desktops/Q_20950715.html
(scroll down a bit to see the grayed out answers)

If you dont want to sign up, click the Google "cached" link instead of the title link and you will be able to see the entire thread without signing up. :)

Example of cached link: http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:IoVydjZ6fNUJ:www.experts-exchange.com/Hardware/Desktops/Q_20950715.html+%22disk+boot+failure,+insert+system+disk+and+press+enter%22&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=5
(scroll down again)

This is because they still want Google to spider their webpage so when the webpage detects Googlebot coming to spider their pages, they give it a free pass. Enjoy!

It also looks like if you scroll down to the bottom quater of the page past all the adds you can view them there as well.

I'm a fully paid up member of EE. At $99 / yr. it's some of the best money you'll ever spend. I've only ever once had a question I asked bomb and it wasn't for lack of trying on the part of the experts themselves. I'd strongly recommend joining...

Wow... I never even knew the answers were at the bottom of the page. I would just always click the back button when I hit Experts-Exchange.
