What Ubiquiti AIR Point to MultiPoint product should I buy?

Client has a main house. Garage is a separate building about 30 yards away from the main house. Pool is 100 yards away from the main house.

Looking to get WiFi out to the garage and the pool. The power situation is fine.

Ubiquiti's Building Bridge is out of stock for who knows how long, and it also seems incredibly expensive compared to their Loco product line.

We are looking at going from:

HOUSE -> Garage + Pool (Point to Multipoint)
or
HOUSE -> Garage then Garage to Pool (Point to Point to Point)
There will be switches or injectors and some form of Ubiquiti AP at each location.

House WiFi is important
Garage WiFi is nice but not important
Pool internet is important to be able to control the pool heating software/music

If I can't get the B2B Bridge (https://store.ui.com/us/en/category/all-wifi/products/ubb)

What is the latest product I should be using? Is it 3-4 of these?

The UBBs are well worth it when you factor in:
*Your time setting things up....they come pre configured as a pair in the box. Just..plug into the network like any Unifi switch or AP...adopt it, name it, update firmware...BOOM, done in a few minutes. Versus...the "old way" of configuring airMax radios...
*Your time monitoring......in the same portal as the rest of the Unifi network gear.
*Your ongoing time managing the site. <same as above>

Well worth the extra 300 bucks...because over the lifetime of this network, you'll easily save 1.5x - 2x hours to cover that 300 bucks.

Now...yeah, old school airMax radios, any of the small P2P radios will do. The NanoBeam 5AC are fine. Even the wee little NanoStation 5AC will be fine for that...even small and half the price of the 5AC.

The Lite AP (tall stick) is a good AP if you want to do P2MP.

Yeah ... the budget for this project is basically WIDE open. This guy doesn't care about money, but we're not trenching anything. That's not going to happen. If the UBB's were in stock I'd get them but their ETA is non-existent.

Yeah I think I bought the last several boxes that were on shelves in the entire continental US. I had a multi-mansion project on that island I did a lot of work on, big old old money family (I bet everyone here would recognize their name). I used a few UBB kits and it took me while a quite to source them all for this project.
