I have a win10 system here, boots into Win10 with black screen and cursor. Pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE does go into selection to choose Task Manager, though does nothing. It appears that a process is trying to load as when the cursor is hovered over the task bar - the spinning circle appears. Then a dialogue pops up "cancel process".
I think it may be related to a windows module - as when I went to try and sysrestore, the last point was a module update. Attempting said restore fails as well.
Booting into safe mode has the same effect as well.
I created a new user profile via cmd and now have access, so is the user profile which is corrupted.
