Windows 10 enterprise download

Does anyone know of a legit way to download windows 10 enterprise, 1809, without access to the VL downloads? (I'm working in government, and finding the correct person to get access to download is a challenge)
I can get 1903 with the media creator, but we have to stick with 1809 for now.

I have a legal volume license key, just need the iso.

Thanks, I came across that while searching, but it didn't include enterprise in the ISO. (and the WIM didn't have the indexes for it in that image)

I ended up (eventually) getting it from the VL download center...it just took longer than I'd wanted to find the right person to get me access

The unit's IT folks are NOT going to like anyone messing with their stuff...especially on US Govt systems....

I doubt acquiring your own source for and downloading/reinstalling a Windows ISO is authorized for US Govt information systems...; at least get a verbal from someone (make note of the name!) that you are cleared to do so..

(Not that you will be able to login to anything afterward anyway due to CAC authentication/certificates, so unless content with standalone calculator and Notepad, etc., I advise you report the work stoppage due to the system loss, and stand pat...)
