Bryce Whitty here from Technibble.com and in this video I would like to share a quote I really like that will help tons of Managed Service Providers.

It was said by Linus Sebastian from the Youtube show “Linus Tech Tips”. Love him or hate him, the quote is what most business owners need to hear.

That quote is: “100% execution of a 20% plan, is better than 20% execution of a 100% plan. If you don’t just do a thing, then nothing will ever get done.”

I’ve waited for everything to be 100% perfect before, but it either doesn’t come or its too late when it does.

The quote means you should do SOMETHING towards a goal right now. In most cases you can go back and fix less-than-perfect things later.

A 100% plan may not even be appropriate anymore because it was too slow. Ready, Fire, Aim is usually the best way to go. Adjust on the way. Rather than Ready, Aim, Fire.

Just taking action is the most important thing. Don’t wait for all your ducks to line up, just start, and get SOMETHING done towards that goal. I find this quote motivates me and I hope it motivates you too.
