DoubleKiller – Locate Duplicate Files
DoubleKiller is a small, stand alone, portable and freeware utility designed to locate duplicate files. Unlike many other duplicate finder applications, DoubleKiller allows you to input very specific search criteria such as any combination of file name, size, date and content. You can also use user defined masks to only search for certain file types like *.mp3 or use masks to exclude certain file types like *.dll.
This application is a great partner to ATF Cleaner when doing cleanup and optimization jobs.

Check out EasyCleaner by ToniArts, I have used this software a while back and I still do. It offers a integrated duplicate file finder very similar to the above and many more very useful tools. Its worth checking out.

What sort of duplicate files are you hunting out Bryce. How much benefit do these so called “optomising” tools really have.
A defrag has never given me a noticable speed increase for example.
As far as I know, defragging just makes your hard driver sectors cleaner. Meaning they are represented cleaner and more organized in the hard drive. Instead of having spread out clusters…
