Bryce Whitty here from Technibble and in this video, I want talk about how to stay busy as a Managed Service Provider.
So basically, you need to be ALWAYS filling your sales pipeline. The Managed Services sales cycle is quite long,
It’s easy to back off on your marketing when you are busy. But that can result in your pipeline running dry like in just a few months.
It’s a bit like filling up a bucket with a hole in the bottom of it.
If you weren’t adding NEW prospects to the top of your funnel while you were busy servicing clients at the bottom of the funnel. It will run dry, and will take a while to fill the bucket back up.
Prospecting is a cost you should incur on a regular basis. Whether you do it or pay someone else to do it, you should always make the time or at least spend the money each month.
Even if you are busy, you should always keep filling your pipeline.
