I like the looks of key rocket. People like when I show them Keystroke combinations to do basic tasks, especially in Win 8. They ask is that new, and are surprised when I say no, you could do that in 7, or even XP. Great for power users.

I am a big fan of 'best of' lists like this.

I have to say this is a particularly interesting and distinctive selection.

Quite a few of them are rubbish (by their own reviews if you look into them, one said something to the effect of "glaring bugs that if they fix will work well"

I love lists like this because they open my eyes to stuff i've missed. That being said, if they are poorly researched or out of date they are incredibly annoying. Some of the tools (in fact most) here are pretty bad imo, though a few I am going to check out.

Thanks for sharing though, not a criticism of you, just their methodology in choosing the items. I would have preferred 50 amazing ones than 150 mediocre at best.

"best" is a very subjective position, and I would be interested to know, exactly *how many* from the list had such universally horrific reviews as to condemn them as an indication of "poor research".

I guess what Im saying is that just because you personally dont like the selection is definitely your prerogative. That does not mean its going to be irrelevant to others here. The Author may be interested in what you have to say, though.
