Apple makes nice hardware. Lenovo makes nice hardware. Apple makes an operating system. Lenovo doesn't. Since Apple makes the operating system and the hardware it runs on there are some advantages and they can manifest in the ways you're highlighting.

It's not the only reason for that improved experience, but it counts.
