What adblocker (if any) are you guys installing for people who use Internet Explorer?

A while ago i was using Fanboy TPL's, but apparently they are no longer maintained.

There's also Adblock Plus, that i know it works fine on Chrome as an extension.
But does it work without problems on IE? Does it auto-update?

Thanks

ABP for IE...runs for some people, doesn't run well for others. Since IE can get gummed up so easily with other BHO's and crap, those cause conflicts with each other..so extensions often don't get along well. (one of the reasons IE is such a problem for many people).

So for those who unfortunately still prefer Internet Exploader, ABP might work fine, or it might cause browser hangs and issues on some sites.

Some *nix based router distros (Untangle for example) support AdBlockPlus being run on the firewall itself, so all users of that router, regardless of browser, enjoy browser free searching. All my clients that I have Untangle at...I flip on that module. Helps minimize malware...since much of it is advertisement based.

Thank you all for the feedback.

@activeits
Thank you for pointing, probably that's what i'll use from now on.

Great tip that one about running Adblock Plus in the router, didn't knew about that possibility!

I personally use IE 11 all day, every day with ABP and can only think of a few times I had to turn it off.

IE itself is a dog and I have to switch to Firefox or Chrome for some sites, but I don't think ABP is at fault when I have to switch, because I have ABP on Firefox and Chrome and when switching to those browsers ABP is active and works fine.

I use IE11 and was running the latest dev build of ADP but I ran into some problems with pages randomly crashing and random long pauses. I'm waiting for their next stable build.
