Some interesting stuff coming out of av-comparatives.org recently. They released a report today "cybercriminals infiltrate Android markets" which is the result of a study into the prevalence of malware in software from various Android software sources. The findings show the extent to be quite high, with some 7000 applications detected.
Bottom line, if you give credence to their findings, is that we should definitely be recommending (if not already) security software for Android devices.
Another recent report discusses comparatives of these applications for Android
Definitely a positive revenue stream here and findings to support the recommendation of appropriate products.
