Aloha! Just got off the phone with an 80+ year old cousin. He called because his computer isn't working. Tried to do a remote session and it turns out the error he's getting is a "no boot device found". I had him reset BIOS to default settings with no luck, so he's going to have to take it somewhere to get it fixed. I'm hoping there is a member here who is in the vicinity of San Jose or Los Gatos. If you are, or know of someone who is in that area, please respond to this thread.
