Looking at better info management software. Seems like RepairShopr ticks most of our boxes. Anyone else using this and have any reviews or nuggets of wisdom?

I moved to it last August. Best move I've done. I went from 4 systems to 1 with lots if intergeation with mail chimp, quickbooks to name a few.

I also have automated follow up emails now which is good.

It's well worth the cost. I could not cope without it now.

Any mobile app for time tracking out of the office that you know of?

They have an iPhone app that is new and still being developed, i think Android is coming out shortly. For now you just create a shortcut to the web portal on your phone, it's responsive and works well. You could create a ticket and use the built in ticket timer that is an option.

Ahh I see...as long as the site is responsive and not too clunky on phones. Sounds like a decent alternative to AutoTask so far...at a much cheaper rate!

Yes that's it iPhone app in development. But in the app store. The android version is coming once the iOS version is finished.

I started out as a hobbyist, then upgraded. I love it. I don't use it properly, or use all the features, but it makes life easier. Getting me more organised. It is expensive for me, I am only small, and with the falling £ against the $ I am not sure if I will be able to afford to renew and may go back to being a hobbyist. We will see.

Ditto what everyone else said, love RS even though we wish some things were different, it's 90% of what we need. We just integrated Flowroute about a week ago so our text messages come from our phone number and customers can dial it up if they want to talk to us rather than the 425 area code. They are constantly improving the software and it's a struggle just to keep up with the new features. Great stuff.

I would do anything to switch, but it doesn't support our tax system here in BC Canada. I play with basic account now and then and dream.

Thanks for the feedback all..going to spin up a trial next week and see what I think!
You won't be disappointed. I am 100% paperless. The web integrations are spectacular as well. The Zapier integration is worth its weight in gold. Just sign up already. You already have, you just dont know it yet:)
