Excuse my brain deadness here ... what options do I need to setup for an auto expanding distribution list in Office 365?
For example I want a distro list called officeall@constoso.com
Add the entire company as members. New users automatically get added to the list.
Second question is if I email a team email that was created in teams and automatically created an email for that team ... i.e. I make a team in teams for file storage/sharepoint purposes ... then it automatically creates an email called marketting@contoso.com will everyone in that team get that email as long as this is enabled?

Did I just answer my first question with my second question?
