I don't know if anybody besides myself watched this when it first aired Thursday on CNBC, but its airing again tonight at 8pm EST and again at 11pm EST.

At about the 20 minute mark of the show it goes into Geek squad including the founding, why it works for them, and what I found very interesting is a visit to Geek Squad City (yes a repair facility big enough to be a city consisting of a mayor). Their mail in depot down in Lexington Ky (if I remember that location correctly?) consisting of 600 special agents where anything that can't be fixed in store is sent. Probably similar to Apples secret depots in Memphis and Houston where Apple laptops are repaired offsite. Also, there was a bit mentioned about Geek Squad data recovery services (which I did not know about) located at the "city".

The link I posted doesn't really go too deep into it and I tried to find streaming video to post, but CNBC has it pretty locked down for the moment so you'll have to watch to see the Geek Squad stuff. But overall the show was interesting and talked about what Best Buy is facing now and where they may have to go in the future to stay competitive.
