[REQUEST] Bitdefender GravityZone : Sonos Blocked

Greetings good people.

I'm rolling out a BD GZ and Atera combo to my customers, replacing LogicNow.

I've come across an issue whereby the BD Firewall blocks a Sonos music app, and a wireless connected printer.

I've gone through the firewall settings, with all the set rules changed to "allow".

I'm still having problems.

Oddly, there are no blockage reports.

Any ideas ?

Sorry, can't help you, I haven't turned the firewall on in my setup, not brave enough to try to switch over.

Check in your BD GZ Console Policies/Firewall/Configuration.
Make sure the WiFi type is set to Home/Office and not Public.
It was by default set to public, therefore blocking alot of local activity for us.

This made us work alot for some network printers being blocked by this setting alone !

(Don't understand that myself, but I ain't complaining).
