Can I get my life back?

Supposedly, here in the US, the texting is supposed to stop once your ballot has been accepted. I voted a week ago today and I'm still getting nothing but spam.
Impossible. Balloting is secret. The political candidates, parties, and P.A.C.s have NO ACCESS to that information.

In the US voter registration details are public record, and maintained by the 50 states. If you know your way around you can get names, addresses, party affiliation, and other public level details. In some states you can also find out if someone voted.

But in zero cases I'm aware of are the specifics of the votes themselves are available. The ballots don't get put into the voter registration database to be viewable.

I have no idea how many texts I've received, what I can say is my Pixel has done a wonderful job of marking them all as spam for me so I never saw most of them.

I have only got one text, no emails. Winning!

I must come in a close second. I think I've had emails, but definitely less than 5. Texts have been coming in, more in the last several days, but the total is less than 10. I've received one voicemail from a local "get out the vote" effort.

And this is on the phone number I actually use (a Google Voice number). On my real cell number, nada.

Since I am registered as "no party affiliation" you'd think I'd be a target as a potential "undecided voter." I'm anything but. Harris-Walz, Obviously . . .
