Does anybody have recommendations about business software that Invoices, Receives Payments and generates reports for a small business?

Square, the bank that isn't a bank for everyone committed to a lack of oversight and fraud! WHEE!

Call your bank, they will cost more but when you have issues you can get a human online to actually fix stuff. Pray you never need Square support, or ever have an issue... because that mess... ugh good luck.

What type of reports are you looking for? I use a system called WHMCS. While it is primarily for a Web Hosting company, it can be used for other businesses as well. URL: https://www.whmcs.com. Paypal also does some of what you want but I can't confirm they would have the reports you want since I have no idea what you need. URL: https://www.paypal.com. Yes it does. It covers the entire world basically.
