Does My Laptop Support USB-C To DisplayPort?

Got this laptop. It supports HDMI 4K 30Hz - I want 60Hz.

It has a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type C port.

Can I use a USB C to DisplayPort adapter to output video?

There's no mention of Alt Mode or Thunderbolt or DisplayPort.

All I can find in the manual is this info:

USB C is a physical characteristic. As in the dimensions, etc. which define the connector, just like A and B. Not the signals it handles. For that price I'd expect it to handle USB only.
