Exam 70-270 - Last Minute Tips

Yeah I definately over-studied on it by about 2-3 months. (I owe course some money for all that extra time unfortunately :o) But I don't have any experience of working with it in a corporate environment. No experience in AD or the likes. Well pretty much nothing. We did set up a 'domain' through VMs and the likes, installing Windows Server, configuring users through AD, and then installing several network OS's and joining them to the domain, and playing with permissions and stuff for a week or two, that was all.

I'm not offended by anyones remarks. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion. I know some people don't think that certifications are as valuable as experience (don't start .. my thread .. I'll say what I like :p)

I did the same thing with VMs. VMs are such a fantastic resource for people studying at home. I we are living in a great time for learning. Can you imaging how hard/expensive it would be to study like that a few years ago?!

After the 270 I did the 290 a month or two later. It covers quite a lot of the same info and the new things follow on quite logically from the 270 so it makes sense to do it whilst you still have the info in your head.

Anyway good luck with it. I'm in the group of people who think studying for them is pretty useful.
