I need to set up a global shared contact list in an Exchange 2010 environment, which will allow everyone to add important external contacts to a shared address book.
I have been doing research and honestly I'm having issues grasping whether or not what I want to do is possible based upon what I'm finding on the internet. From what I'm reading it seems more like you have to somewhat hack this functionality together. It would be much appreciated if anyone has done this before and has notes or can tell me what terms to use in a search.
