I would like to convert my work order/service agreement form to digital (and fill out the forms using my tablet).
I signed up for SignNow recently, and I like it, except it seems to have some bugs (at least on Android; had a service agreement that didn't save properly) and it costs around $100 a year.
The other alternative I'm looking at is a fillable PDF form; however, there are two limitations that are holding me back:
- Filled out PDF forms cannot be 'saved'; the data can't be saved within the form itself. (Maybe this is just a limitation the the Adobe Reader app, or maybe my forms, created in LibreOffice, are not set up properly?) but must be 'printed'
- How legally valid would a signature, taken on a PDF form, be?
