Flyer Design Opinions Wanted!

Hey Guys first real post here. I'm after ur opinions as i will have 18,500 of these distributed soon in Australia, to letterboxes in A5 size 150gsm paper glossy. I am using 99designs for the designing process and will link my designs that have been submitted to there which i can't decide which one to use.

Flyers are also double sided the testimonial ones are the back pages.

That's a lot to send out! Even if 1% called you, can you handle a swarm of 185 incoming calls?

Or are you sending out in "stages"?

its done over a month period, so hopefully not as swarmy and yes i can handle the calls having a proper voip system in place

just looking at the design, might want to change or remove "if you not happy, get your money back!" Some of the flyers have correct "If your not happy" and others do not, personally I would take this off.
As for the one that caught my eye, #75 I think looks the best so far.

The all look great to me. I did notice on #75 advice is spelled wrong.
