After upgrading the GPU the computer bluescreens anywhere from 5 minutes to 3 hours.

Specs:
Motherboard-asus rog strix z790-e gaming wifi (not the “2” model)
Cpu- intel i9-14900kf
Gpu - nvidia 5080 founders edition
Ram - 2x32gb corsair ddr5
PS-corsair hx 1500i

Client says they have reinstalled Windows with the same results.
Any suggestions?

What dump the crash dump file say the problem is?

Have you read if there is a BIOS update or anything, could it be the CPU?

Start easy and work your way up

Yeah, I'd start at the BIOS and work up. I've personally had a lot of reliability issues with DDR5 at rated speeds. One troubleshooting step is lower the MT/s setting for the RAM. For example, if rated at 5600 lower it to 4800 as a troubleshooting step.

Assuming it's someone's gaming rig another option might be to switch from the Nvidia gaming drivers to their studio drivers. They might lose a few frames per second but the studio drivers are much more resilient.

It could be just a bugged GPU driver. See my 4 page thread on what turned out to be a driver incompatibility with Fortnite.
TLDR - did every kind of troubleshooting multiple times, but it turns out that if I used a specific slightly older NVIDIA drive it was rock solid. And it still is.
