I've got a customer with an aging ipod.
He went to a pizza tech who nuked his PC and didn't back up his itunes library (2000+ songs)
Some of the songs are there in his Purchased items in \Tunes, but a lot of his stuff her purchased from iTunes in the early days, and those aren't showing up.
He doesn't want to plug the ipod in as it will sync and delete the contents.
I know you can purchase software to do like a reverse sync and copy songs from ipod to itunes. Before I blindly buy something I thought some one on here must have done this and could recommend a process, or software or drop me a link to follow.
Many thanks
This Pizza tech also failed to return the guys back up drive, and changed his email password and promptly forgot to remember what he changed it too!! Damn some people give us a bad name
