HELP with ADI file

HI guys,
i need to extract data from a System Backup.adi (280GB) and don't know how. my client doesn't remember what program he used to back it up.
Any help and suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.

Id go with that ^^^ . A clue could be the files' size(s). A big multi gb or a load of smaller numberd files. any log file with it?

Let's also note that the OP hasn't returned to confirm anything...but with 35 posts in 2 years, who'd expect that?

THe link YOU provided does NOT mention the backup program. Only the Sybase database or the adobe plot file.

I don't know where I thought that searching .ADI on that site would give "Active Disk Image" as a result....

There is a similar site http://fileext.com with 2 E's that gives different results . I went there first myself and was a bit confused.

Of course, just googling what the op asked, . "adi backup" gives the right answer as well.

Yep. I googled "System Backup.adi" and the first unsponsored hit was the link I posted to disk-image.com.

If you click on the links. As I am not interested in an Advantage database why would one do that? It would appear that the master list is not complete. There are items in it's database not accessible via the alphabetical list.

To the OP: Aomei will/might/should read that file. Since there's a free version, you've nothing to lose from trying.
