How do you UNDO removable bit flip with BootIT?

Hi,

I have used the BootIT tool from Lexar to filp the bit of my USB flash drive.

On reflection, I obviously didn't think this through very well as now my autorun doesn't work properly and other unwanted aftereffects. I have googled around for ways and tools to reverse this, to no avail.

Can anybody please tell me a tool that can do this or point me in the right direction as to doing it manually (windows registry maybe? How does bit flipping work?).

Thanks,
Jules Mattsson.

Right click Bootit and select 'Run as Administrator'. You should see all your drives, even non-usb ones.

Very sorry for the late thanks, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately very soon after this my USB device died, and I could no longer access my files through normal and recovery methods. It was a new drive and I hadn't yet started backups, so this shows how USB media should not be relied on for important data.
