I knew the i9s had issues but just got a call from a customer where I just installed new Optiplex 7020 sff with 13th gen i7 last month. It was blue screening every 30 minutes or so. Went to dell support site and found this:
There were 6 critical driver updates. Some just released withing the last week or so. I hope these drivers fix it.
