Integrate Multiple Antivirus Rescue Disk into One Single Disc or USB Flash Drive

Thanks for the quick reply, but I think I'll wait for the menu to be fixed. :) I don't think I'd remember "vesamenu.c32 append /menu/XXXX.cfg" nor what the sub-menu choices are, but maybe it's worth the effort. I'll try it out again.

LOL it's a pain for sure, but I wanted to test it out thoroughly so I had to keep entering it so I could try each boot option. The only problem I have, other than the main menu, is that my BartPE ISO didn't get loaded for some reason.

This is going to be slick when the kinks get worked out.

Just use "vesamenu.c32 append /menu/antivirus.cfg" and that will get you going.

You use the fixed version?
The bub of the old 1.0.6.6 version was the menu antivirus.cfg.
The version 1.0.6.5 should work well.

I've tried with the version 1.0.6.6 fix to make USB with kasperspy rescue and it works. If you have any errors, if don't send me the choices mades i don't can repeat the error :(

Yes, I used the fixed version. The problem is that the main menu after booting doesn't show up. After system boot there is just a blank screen. Sometimes you can see a blue block on part of the screen.

You have to ESCape to the "boot:" menu, then manually start up a sub menu, then you can return to the main menu and it displays correctly.

I've been looking at the sysconfig documentation and I don't see anything wrong with the sysconfig.cfg, so I'm not sure why the main menu doesn't work the first time.

you can send me the file syslinux.cfg and the folder menu?
Help me..to help you :)

Thanks. I have attached a zip file with my menu files.

But the odd thing is that after the initial bad screen, I can hit ESC and get the boot: prompt. Then enter "vesamenu.c32 append /syslinux.cfg" and the menu loads properly. So something isn't working right to initially load the menu.

In my pendrive these menus works perfectly:(
You have tried only in a PC? you have tried change pendrive?

I've tried it on three separate builds parsifal, 1 USB, 1 SD card and one DVD ISO and all work brilliantly. In fact I've just bought a another 4gb USB stick for this purpose.

Thanks for this great little utility, it'll be a great time saver for keeping my toolkit updated.

One thought for future versions would be to allow you to select where you store the ISO's.

I keep most of my ISO's including the ones that SARDU uses in a Downloads/ISOs folder, where as Sard is in Downloads/Sardu.

I'd hate to either copy or split up my isos for the sake of using this... then again I may not find my self making many discs so moving them temporarily once or twice aint a big deal.

Otherwise, nice package.

Version 2.x will support the select where you store the iso's, maybe even the temporary folder, and where to create the SARDU.ISO
I'm rewriting everything from the beginning.
SARDU 1.x was created for my personal use...
