IOBit Advanced System Care

The only similar software tools that I will tolerate are from Glarysoft.com that provide some basic utilities for keeping the average computer in reasonable health - well my customers think so - although it might be all in the imagination.

I had a client the used the Systemcare. Ended up with a Start menu and Defragger and Antivirus that were added by pop ups on the computer. Then he got scammed to pay for a managed care package and he brought it to me. I took everything by this company off of the PC.

I personally don't like the AOI Suite from Iobit. I agree that that the portable version of the uninstaller is great on one of my USB drives. What I like is the batch method of uninstalling versus Revo Uninstaller (both clean up residual files).

UVK has a excellent uninstall program with the batch ability pretty much unattended. UVK is excellent all the way around. To us 3 techs it is one our most often used tools besides FABS backup.

I tried it the other day, did not like it at all!

I've been using Wise Care 365 for a few years now and I love it! I personally think that Wise Care 365 is better than CCleaner. I usually install it, run it, uninstall it, then notice the beautiful difference in performance and speed (usually, of course all machines are different and messed up to varying degrees).

I find this software (IObit) on customer's computers from time to time, and I always advise them to have us remove it. It does nothing that freeware can't do, with all of the lies about "registry cleaning" and that crap. Useless software that preys on people's ignorance.
