is there somewhere I can learn soldering/hot air work online?

I have a hot air station and iron, and a stack of old motherboards to practice on, but the fact is, Im a bit of a retard at soldering and probably need a bit of instruction to get started. Does anyone know of an online course for this type of stuff?

I think the best way to learn how is to have someone show you how. Then it's just practice, practice. This is how I learned how to.
