[SOLVED] iTunes "The folder iTunes is on a locked disk"

Recently, when trying to open iTunes by double clicking the desktop icon, a messge appears stating "The folder iTunes is on a locked disk or you do not have write permissions for this folder".

I have checked permissions and does have full access.

Tried that didnt work - seems to be a user profile issue I think. As client cant save to a certain directory either using word. It always states file is read only. I have read that MS update 1809 can cause this issue, so am looking into that.

lol was 1809 - it screwed up permissions, then had to manually go in and restore via inheritance.
All good word now saves and iGoons Works
