Just after some Feedback on Technibble Itself

Thank you everyone for the feedback so far, given me a fair bit to think about. Very interesting that the older guys like to read more and the younger guys like the podcasts more.
The podcasts are transcribed but they are a bit longer and a different style of writing than the normal articles.

To anyone who prefers to read the articles, how are you finding the podcast transcriptions?

I'll consume quality content however the producer makes it available. It is all about the quality of the content. Some of your early podcast stuff has been so good I'd actually travel to hear it live. As it is, you made the transcription available and that's how I chose to consume it. Great job.

Bryce, Count me as one of the old guys:) I like the written posts as well, I also typically go to the new posts and pick out what is relevant to what interest me.

No problems with the podcast transcriptions, appreciate all you do.

I am not a fan of the banter style podcasts either.

All of the podcasts have a transcription too if people prefer to read (which it appears most people commenting do). I'll make the transcript more prominent so we can have the best of both worlds.

I love the podcasts! While I do enjoy banter-type podcasts for entertainment, the meat-and-potatoes approach that you use is well suited for the content you're delivering.

Also, providing transcripts is great -- I don't know if you're familiar with the "4 learning styles" theory, but for a lot of people, reading is a far more effective way to learn than listening. Keep it up!

Sorry, didn't notice this thread in August. I like the pod casts. I listen to them while working on other things at the shop. Even when they are on a subject I am well versed in, I find I still learn 1 new thing or get reminded of something I forgot :)
I usually get to the pod cast through the email. When I come to Technibble with out an email prompt, I go right to New Posts.
