Ok I have replaced 127 screens and this has never happened.

I get a working asus k52f Powered on but cracked

replaced the screen

Now no signs of power

Tried removing the battery and using just charger.
Tried just battery let.
tried removing everything and holding the power button for 30 seconds to discharge.
tried resetting the ram.

there is no signs of lights now even for the charging light no fan spin up or hard drive spin up no nothing.

Any help would be greatly Appreciated.

The screen just came out with like 7 screws and had to remove the bezel honestly it was the easiest I ever Have done.

So how would of I bricked it?
I didn't even open the motherboard case.

Well sorry first time this is happened so I guess it is not common.

Just a guess, but go back and recheck your connections, you may have shorted something.
as Zx81 says, if its totally dead, got to be the board..

take it all apart and build the laptop out the case and see if it comes on - possible short on the motherboard that will tell you if its that or not.

Also does it come on with the old screen? does it come on with no screen fitted? also keep the battery out also all the time so no power is going in to the laptop

Took it apart there is broken solders everywhere looks like a big surge hit it or something I just order the exact same laptop and chalk it up to a lose. Wish I knew how it happened though but oh well thanks for all your suggestions and help.

Yeah kinda weird though I logged onto the computer before use to make sure the is no problems before I start.
