Not, an HDMI to VGA adapter, display port to VGA adapter. Most Intel GPUs support conversion of that specific interface to VGA.
*edit* Sorry it looks like the VGA port is officially dead, I can see no Dell, Lenovo, or HP desktops that have VGA anymore. I'd be sad, but honestly they've not been in use for a LONG while.
USB VGA adapters, or Displayport -> VGA adapters will be your only path forward.

And again I do recommend the display port, not the HDMI adapter. Because there is one display port output on every Dell that's wired to the Intel GPU in a specific way to support this swap. If you use any other port, electrically you will have issues that may result in a fuzzy screen, discoloration, or other visual impairments.
