Let Me Review Your Site to Maximize Conversions

I wont be accepting any more sites for now.

@HCHTech @markverhyden I havent used the DC metro in like 9 years but I remember that pattern on the roof. Speaking of Marks site, Mark, I recommend you change your sites navigation. Unless people know to hover their mouse on the few pixels below the logo and above the little arrow, they arent going to know there is navigation there. And since there is no contact details on your front page, that nav would probably be seriously hurting your conversions.

I did @HCHTech 's site which you can watch here: https://www.technibble.com/technician-website-review-1/

I will do @RCD_Technology_Solutions 's site next as it has some good lessons in there.

The videos are very time intensive with recording/editing so I wont be doing many.

Would you guys be interested in a written PDF report, where my team and I analyze your site in much more depth than the videos, and give personalized advice on what to changes to make to your site? This way I can cover everyone who wants one.

As mentioned in the video, lets say you get 100 visitors to your site a day and only 1% of them into a customer, if you boost that conversion rate from 1% to only 2% you essentially double the income your site makes. And of course, it makes any other channel that points to your site more effective (SEO, Adwords, FB, Print advertising etc..)

It'll be done by a human and not by a script/bot and would cover:
  • Sales copywriting review
  • Usability review
  • Scanability review
  • Mobile Responsiveness check
  • Load Speed check
  • SEO check
  • Funnel Optimization
  • Funnel Leak Check
"Its hard to see the shape of the forest when you are among the trees". Its very likely we'll pick up something that is really hurting you that you never even considered.

Basically, we'll analyze the site in depth, give personalized advice on where your site is letting you down and how to fix it in an easy-to-read PDF report for only $49 USD.

You can order your PDF Report here.

Website conversion is a topic I am very passionate about. You may have seen me offer suggestions to various members here or even listened to my podcast on the topic.

I am going to be doing some review videos making suggestions on how members websites could improve their conversion rate. I will then share them on the TN front page so other techs can learn how to improve theirs as well.

If you would like your site reviewed, leave a reply on this thread with the URL. I will be hand picking a few to begin with, that provide the best lesson to others, so I wont be able to do them all. If you would like to be considered though, please leave your sites URL.

Remember, if you just bump your conversion rate from just 1% to 2%, you essentially double the income your website makes.

I'll likely pay the $29 for the website adjustment tips from those that know what they're talking about. I'm paying for Google and Bing clicks, but not getting enough service requests and not sure why.

Yeah, that TFB spec is probably going to be the hardest to fix. I'll bet when I bring the issue up with my hoster, they are going to want to move me to one of their special SSD servers (more $), or from a shared server to a dedicated server (much more $). I'll bring it up, though. I spent quite a bit of time last summer on the images. There is a great site somewhere (I'll have to dig that back up - its in my notes somewhere) that tests the "efficiency" of your images for loading, and then resaves them in a repaired version. I was able to cut my loading time dramatically by going through this process on each and every image. I used that waterfall chart from Bryce's video to identify the problem and measure the success of the changes.

I just went over my report and it's full of good straight to the point direct content. I would easily pay double for the report I got! As I imagine like most people getting a review I had more wrong than I thought. I have spent many hours on my site and overlooked some simple things that will likely make a big difference. It's nice to have a new set of eyes look over my website and give me a detailed list of issues, with suggestions on how to go about fixing the issues. Thanks Bryce & team!
