I'm doing Rescue + Mobile for $50 US a month.

are you sure you have the mobile addon? If possible could you send me a screenshot of your billing page.

Yes, that's with Mobile. Non Mobile pricing was less, but I don't recall how much less. I've been with them forever and basically just kept pushing to get the price closer to some of the competition.

They are absolutely getting harder to negotiate with. I just hope I can keep this price going forward.

thank you I got them down to $74.13 with mobile it was $45 for rescue only. I need to talk to my rep again and try to lower the price on mobile some more.

That's still a good price, even if they won't budge any lower. I do wish they would come up with a better small business plan and maybe bundles of services.

How many seats do you have with them?

Too be honest Iam not satisfied with mobile part of logmein. It does not have unattended access something I really wanted to support some of the pdas we have.

How'd you guys get the $50? Was it buy multiple seats? I recently signed up for their partner program and in doing so I was able to get Rescue + Mobile for $84/month for a single seat. Also just bought Central and Ignition, pretty cool to have the buddy list feature of all your computers in Central.

Single seat here. I haggled a lot on the phone and showed the other products I could get for much less. Got the base price down quite a bit lower than this, then added mobile back to get this price.
